Serve as the primary site leader, overseeing superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive successful project delivery. Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and quality. Direct and coordinate all field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. Lead and manage labor and subcontractors to meet performance goals and deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design consultants, project managers, inspectors, and utility representatives. Enforce all safety protocols and oversee quality control to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules, daily reports, and project documentation. Manage cost control, invoicing, and financial tracking to support accurate project forecasting. Proactively resolve day-to-day field challenges to keep projects on track.
