Position: Principal (25-26 School Year)

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical education, public-sector collaboration, and/or be bilingual, with a strong commitment to serving diverse communities.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide visionary leadership to ensure the academic success of all students, particularly those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance student achievement, integrating both traditional and technical education approaches.
3. Foster a positive school culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating a welcoming environment for students, families, and staff.
4. Oversee curriculum development and instructional best practices, ensuring alignment with career and technical education pathways.
5. Build strong partnerships with the public sector, community organizations, and industry leaders to expand opportunities for students.
6. Lead professional development initiatives that support teachers in implementing cutting-edge instructional strategies.
7. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including parents, district administrators, and community leaders, to drive school improvement.
