Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional agile teams, drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with business strategy. Must be highly organized, proactive, and strong in facilitation, communication, and problem-solving. Required Qualifications 8+ years Scrum Master experience + 2+ years agile project experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. CSM or CSP (CSP preferred). Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and lead teams toward common goals. Key responsibilities Lead and coach agile teams; ensure sprint execution and delivery. Facilitate planning, tracking, daily stand-ups, and reporting. Identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers. Coordinate across teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets. Communicate project/sprint roadmap, vision, and business impact. Support team growth through feedback and coaching.
