Job Description

Job Summary: The Landscaper performs daily technical functions within the Landscaping department. This includes in-park work as well as maintaining the greenhouse operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working within the Landscape Department on various activities, such as assisting the outside landscape company on maintaining the Park
• Perform a variety of landscape maintenance including but not limited to: planting, weeding, watering, etc.
• Helping with irrigation and tree trimmings
• Assist other maintenance department with park tasks
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of the operational aspects of machinery components.
• Previous landscape experience helpful.
• Experience working on irrigation controllers.
• A valid Driver's License and High School Diploma or valid GED.
• A basic set of hand tools.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to perform various physical activities, such as climbing, crawling, and lifting, from various heights on structures.
• Vocational or technical trade certifications.
• Demonstrable ability to keep accurate written records, blueprints, diagrams and maps.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and ability to work well unsupervised.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, squat, and kneel repeatedly.
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
