As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to maintain a secure environment at a bustling logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to staff and visitors. This is a primarily driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for patrolling the site using company vehicles. You will play a key role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support the flow of operations.
• Report any observed irregularities, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist employees, visitors, and drivers with questions or directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities in detailed logs as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving responsibilities, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
