Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency, creating and implementing IEPs tailored to students' needs.
Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to address students' communication challenges.
Conduct screenings, maintain accurate records, and engage in team discussions for coordinated planning.
Advocate for student development through staff training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
Valid Florida SLP license required.
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Access to a fast and reliable computer and internet connection (no Chromebooks or tablets permitted).
