Role Description
Dinamo Biotechnologies seeks exceptional candidates with expertise in data science and machine learning within the field of bioinformatics. This position encompasses the development of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) methodologies. This is a 100% handson, fulltime, onsite role located at our laboratory in San Carlos, CA. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
- A Ph.D. or Master's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in data science and machine learning with highdimensional omics data.
- Demonstrated contributions to the field through publications, patents, or commercial products utilizing machine learning applications.
- Proficiency in bioinformatics analysis for omics, liquid biopsy and / or immunology.
- Expertise and fluency in data science and machine learning utilizing Python.
- Advanced programming skills in Python or compiled languages.
- Experience with distributed/cloud/high-performance computing environments or workflow management systems.
