We are searching for a Senior Finance Director - Operations, Procurement & Supply Chain to join our team located at our corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As Senior Finance Director - Operations, Procurement & Supply Chain, you will report to the CFO and lead a strong finance team working across multiple functions, providing financial leadership and strategic business support. You will work closely with the Operations Leadership and Plant Finance teams, Procurement and Supply Chain to drive optimization initiatives across all major cost categories in the business.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the Corporate Operations Finance team to drive best practices in Operations Finance across the organization; partner with the Manufacturing COE to support Business Unit Operations teams with the identification and execution of cost and efficiency opportunities across our 18 manufacturing facilities.
• Lead the Supply Chain Finance team, providing strategic and analytical support to the Freight, Warehousing and Planning teams; play a key role in inventory optimization.
• Lead the Procurement Finance team, serving as business partners to the Procurement organization across all major spend categories, providing decision support and structured process to ensure best-in-class costs; develop a deep understanding of key commodities and their corresponding vale chains including the processing of aluminum through hour vertically integrated operations.
• Lead the IT Finance team, supporting key investment initiatives and other critical IT processes.
• Manage SG&A across all related functions, from Planning through to reporting and analysis.
• Support the Business Transformation Team, our internal consultants, providing financial support for the key projects that they lead for the Company.
• Engage with the Business Unit finance teams to ensure timely and accurate flow of information from centralized functions to facilitate planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Perform analysis on historical financial performance to identify trends and opportunities, at a company level as well as business units and plants.
• Work on high-priority ad-hoc special projects.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 15+ years relevant finance experience in CPG and/or Manufacturing.
• Broad Finance experiences combining some mix of FP&A, Financial Reporting, Operations Finance, Controllership, Cash Flow / Balance Sheet management, etc.

Icing on the cake:

• CPA or another advanced degree.
• Big 4 Accounting experience.
• Recent public company experience.

Posted Salary Range

USD $200,000.00 - USD $220,000.00 /A

Bonus Eligibility

Role is eligible for 35% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
