In this role, you will collaborate closely with our product design, engineering, and marketing teams to create visually compelling and interactive experiences that elevate our brand. Your work will shape the look and feel of our digital products, enhancing user engagement through stunning visuals and animations that communicate our values and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities Illustration & Visual Design: Develop high-quality illustrations that align with our brand’s visual identity and design standards across various products and marketing campaigns. Animation: Create engaging animations and motion graphics that bring visual elements to life, enhancing the user experience and providing additional layers of storytelling within our products. Product Design Collaboration: Partner with the product design team to conceptualize and refine visual assets, icons, illustrations, and animations that support our product goals and improve usability. User-Centric Design: Understand and integrate user feedback and data insights to develop designs that enhance product functionality and engagement. Brand Consistency: Work with the marketing and brand teams to ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all visual touchpoints. Innovation & Experimentation: Explore new styles, techniques, and tools to push the creative boundaries and keep our visuals fresh and relevant. Skills and Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in illustration, with a portfolio demonstratinga strong foundation in both 2D/3D illustrations and animation. Animation Skills: Proficiency in motion design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar) with a clear understanding of animation principles. Product Design Insight: Experience collaborating with product designers, a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to design assets that support and enhance the user experience. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Knowledge of animation software and tools. Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively solve complex visual challenges and convey information effectively through illustration and motion. Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications UI/UX Knowledge: Experience creating illustrations and animations specifically for digital products, with an understanding of how visual elements contribute to usability. Storytelling Ability: Skilled in creating illustrations and animations that tell a story or convey a complex idea in a simple and engaging way. Experience in SaaS or Technology: Background in designing for tech or SaaS products, understanding the nuances of product development, and user interaction in digital environments. Why Join Us? At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.
