Job Title : Senior Java Developer ( Dropwizard Slack & Splunk )

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer ( Dropwizard Slack & Splunk ) who will be responsible for leading the development of one of our newest and most exciting products gaining significant traction within a leading tech company like Apple. In this role they will drive the growth and success of our product by leveraging experience in leading engineering projects particularly in building and maintaining opensource or communitydriven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in leading successful engineering projects preferably in a productdriven environment similar to Apple.
• Experience with Slack development tools and workflows enhancing community engagement and collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in Java development with handson experience in Dropwizard or similar frameworks.
• Extensive background in open source development or contributing to communitydriven projects.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk to analyze and optimize product performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and community members effectively.
• Develop new features and functionalities for our product ensuring highquality code and robust performance.
• Fix issues and bugs reported by the community or users providing timely resolutions.
• Maintain and foster a thriving community around the product engaging with users responding to feature requests and enhancing user experience.
• Create and update comprehensive documentation for the product ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate new features and enhancements seamlessly.
• Utilize Java and Dropwizard frameworks effectively to optimize performance and scalability.
• Leverage Slack development tools and workflows to enhance communication and collaboration within the community.
• Monitor product performance and usage through tools like Splunk ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
