Description Summary We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Duties and Responsibilities - Welcome guests with a warm smile and seat them comfortably.
- Take precise orders for food and beverages, accurately inputting them into our POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to the right tables, ensuring each guest's needs are met.
- Proactively anticipate guests' requirements and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Maintain tables impeccably, from setting them up to clearing them efficiently.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Enhance the dining experience by recommending menu items and beverages.
- Process payments accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures diligently.
- Uphold stringent safety, sanitation, and food handling standards to ensure a hygienic environment.
Requirements - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural flair for interacting with people.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
- Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol in line with state and local regulations.

Location Pay Range $5.35/hr. + Tips
