Daily Responsibilities

· Completes shipping quote requests

· Packages scales for safe delivery using corrugated supplies and pallets

· Unloading and loading LTL deliveries

· Scheduling shipments

· Completing Bill of Ladings

· Using machinery and hand tools such as: Fork truck, pallet jack and auto wrapper

· Communicating inventory shortages to purchasing

· This person will also be trained to complete various tasks related to assembling scales

· Scheduling pickups using FedEx & UPS

· Receive and quality check overseas shipments

· Place items into inventory and complete cycle counts

· Pick and ship replacement parts

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Positive attitude

· Strong problem-solving ability

· Ability to handle high stress situations professionally

· Forklift experience

· Computer skills including sending emails and using the shipping portion of our ERP system
