SMT Production Supervisor or Senior SMT Technician
Electronics Manufacturing Startup
Must haves:
• Hands-on SMT experience operating pick and place machines, stencil printers, and reflow ovens
• Or technical training with direct exposure to SMT equipment and a strong desire to grow in SMT production
• Experience supporting PCB assembly in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues on the production floor
• Comfortable working in a startup or evolving operation
Important note
This role is local only. We are not relocating for this position. This is ideal for someone currently commuting to Tampa or Orlando who wants to get closer to home in a stable day shift role.
What you will do
• Support and run the SMT line producing circuit boards for panel manufacturing
• Set up equipment, manage solder paste, load components, and verify quality
• Perform first article inspections and monitor production flow
• Partner with engineering and quality to improve processes
