Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, a knack for storytelling, and a track record of growing and engaging online communities. You will be responsible for creating compelling content across our social media platforms, managing campaigns, and driving awareness and traffic to our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy to increase our online presence and promote our services.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage promotional events, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and online bookings.
• Engage with our community online and offline, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and positive manner.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and promote upcoming events and specials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (portfolio or case studies preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Ability to deliver creative content ideas and campaigns.
• Familiarity with the golf industry and a passion for the sport is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
