We are looking for a Spa Director who will play a vital role in the spa's operations, ensuring every guest's experience reflects the luxury and tranquility we are known for. We are looking for a passionate leader who can manage a world-class spa environment, cultivate a culture of excellence among the team, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. The Spa Director will oversee daily operations, lead staff, maintain high service standards, and collaborate with other departments to drive the spa’s success.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years in a leadership role (Spa Director, Spa Manager, or similar) in the wellness/hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of spa services, therapies, and wellness trends.
  • Experience in budget management, sales, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with local and state regulations governing spa operations.
  • Skills in inventory control and vendor management.

Physical Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily spa operations, ensuring top-notch service quality.
  • Mentor and motivate the spa team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guests with personalized spa experiences, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Develop and track the spa budget, focusing on profitability without compromising service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure team training reflects best practices.
  • Oversee product inventory and collaborate with suppliers to manage costs effectively.
  • Work with marketing to promote spa services and drive retail sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate service quality and conduct staff performance reviews for ongoing improvement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of all spa areas.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat guests and incorporate their feedback.
  • Coordinate group bookings and special events for seamless execution.
