The Spa Director will oversee daily operations, lead staff, maintain high service standards, and collaborate with other departments to drive the spa’s success.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years in a leadership role (Spa Director, Spa Manager, or similar) in the wellness/hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of spa services, therapies, and wellness trends.
• Experience in budget management, sales, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with local and state regulations governing spa operations.
• Skills in inventory control and vendor management.

Physical Requirements:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
