Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher. The successful candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that each student achieves their full potential.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update IEPs for students with special needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction tailored to each students unique learning needs.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance learning.
• Conduct assessments to identify students strengths and areas of need.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting instructional methods as necessary.
• Implement behavior management plans and strategies to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and adaptive tools.
