In this key leadership role, you will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, vendor relationships, and production planning to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality metal components and raw materials. Job Details Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor negotiations Proficient in the use of supply chain and ERP software; experience with Global Shop is a plus Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a strong attention to detail Skilled in developing and implementing cost-effective supply chain strategies that support operational goals and business growth Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and guide team members Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments Creative and proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage disruptions, delays, and unforeseen challenges Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field required; advanced certifications (e.g. APICS, CSCP) are a plus Interested in hearing more?
