NetSuite Administrator – Machinery Manufacturing

Location: Between Boca Raton & Pompano Beach, FL (Hybrid Preferred)

Our client, a growing machinery manufacturing company, recently went live on NetSuite and is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Administrator to own day-to-day system operations and help optimize processes across the business. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment, collaborating on-site with teams while also working independently to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, and customizations.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with finance, operations, manufacturing, and other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training resources, and SOPs.
• Work closely with leadership to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
