What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or EA certification is required.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in tax planning, preparation, and consulting.
• Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with clients and colleagues alike.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in tax software and financial tools. You will be using CCH Axcess products.
