Hours: MondayFriday 6AM2:30PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role you will create edit and improve technical documents and user guides to ensure they are clear and accurate for the intended audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit technical documentation including user guides and product manuals.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gain a thorough understanding of products and processes.
• Research and create diagrams charts and visual aids to enhance documentation.
• Adjust tone and terminology to suit different audiences.
• Manage documentation projects and timelines maintaining a spreadsheet of progress.
• Evaluate and improve existing content for clarity and effectiveness.

MustHave Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel Word Adobe Acrobat and Outlook; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear concise text.
• Strong grammar and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on user experience and design improvements.
