Position: Territory Sales Manager
Direct Recruit Agency is seeking an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base within a specific geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen current customer relationships
- Develop / implement business plan for assigned territory to increase market share and achieve quarterly/yearly revenue growth targets
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
- Forecasting / tracking territory performance
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve growth targets
- Provide trustworthy after-sales support internally and with customers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives within the assigned territory
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to promote our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to clients
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environment Sciences, Chemistry or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a chemical or related technical sales, and environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations preferred Certifications a plus (CHMM, CEP, CSP, Etc.) Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Proficient in CRM application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Technical skills to create proposals and find solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
