Textile Operations Manager

Reporting to the CEO and the CFO, the operations manager will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality textile products within budget, oversee the daily production activities, and drive continuous improvement across departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, ERP systems, strong financial acumen, utilization of Microsoft products, and team leadership
Essential Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of production.
Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments such as procurement and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Monitor production to ensure quality and quantity control of finished products. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Evaluate environmental impact and sustainability of textile materials
Work with marketing teams to promote new textile products
Essential Qualifications
Ability to be an exceptional multi-tasker is a requirement of this position.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and production records efficiently.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Assess operations and maintenance, analyze data, and prepare summary reports to chart progress and for senior leadership review.
Use familiarity of plant operations and process to maintain and develop department organization.
