• Daily requirements of reviewing CD/HUD documents
• Detail orientation required
• Answering phones and e-mails promptly
• Self-organization required
• Basic title knowledge
• Cloud-based Software
• Paperless files

• 5+ years' title/closing experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Deep-rooted common sense
• Passion for being the best
• Ability to adapt, and be diverse
• Ability to multi-task is a must
• Quick learner, a plus
• This is not a remote position
