LEVEL I EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR ED, NEURO ICU
CERNER EMR REQUIRED FOR ED
TRAVEL TEAMS: Must have their own vehicles
Cath Lab will not consider tech/RN teams
Parking: Assigned to a parking lot, and then will be shuttled to the facility. Night shift: Assigned to a parking garage
Travelers can be expected to have nursing students, this is a teaching hospital

Facility highlight: Located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona, St. Joseph's is a 607 bed, nationally recognized center for quality tertiary care, medical education and research. Lung transplant specialty. Liver and Kidney Transplant as well. Associated with the Barrow Neuro Institute, world’s #1 institute.

**All profiles must include: Unit size, Hospital size, Trauma Level, EMR(cerner experience)
***2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required****
***Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks***
***Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units.***IF FAILED, will be DNU for 6 months within Commonspirit AZ and Sacramento Region
