**Job Description: Healthcare Staff Position**

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

We are currently seeking healthcare professionals for an open position that offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to patient care in a supportive environment. This position requires a commitment to high standards of service and compliance with all organizational policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure all required health and professional documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
- Participate in competency testing and adhere to qualifications for the position.
- Maintain compliance with personal health history requirements including vaccinations and screenings.
- Complete necessary forms such as the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, and Education Verification.
- Undergo required background checks and other professional assessments prior to onboarding.

**Qualifications:**

- A valid professional license or certificate as required for the position.
- Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
- Successful submission of health and professional documentation including a Physical/Health Statement, Covid-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and any additional relevant health history.
- A commitment to uphold patient information confidentiality and understanding of system security agreements.

**Guaranteed Hours:** 90 contract weeks
