Job Description & RequirementsResponsible for assessing the physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient within the assigned unit and planning nursing care to meet those needs. Ensures nursing care plans are implemented through direct performance and/or leadership of subordinate personnel. Duties include conducting patient evaluations, documenting patient progress, developing treatment plans, and supporting discharge processes.
