Job Description & RequirementsSkilled Nurse Education Coordinator to support with managing regulatory oversight, compliance, program reviews, and licensure activities across the nursing programs within their state. This role will play a critical supporting role in academic program compliance, annual reporting, and research-based tasks that help ensure quality and regulatory alignment across all state nursing programs.

Qualifications\n\n-Master’s degree (nursing or related discipline).\n\n-MA RN License \n\n-Experience in nursing academia (e.g., faculty, program administrator).\n\n -Prior administrative or leadership experience within a nursing program.\n\n-Demonstrated regulatory experience in nursing education or program compliance.\n\n-Strong research skills and ability to analyze program and licensure data.\n\n-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable navigating internal databases.\n\n-Excellent communication skills—able to present findings clearly and professionally.
