Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room Circulator position requiring strong orthopedic skills and expertise with total joints and arthroscopy.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the OR Circulating role within an acute care surgical hospital setting
• Primary focus on orthopedic procedures, including total joints with MAKO robot, arthroscopy, spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF
• Additional cases may include general, ENT, GYN, and plastics
• 11 OR suites and 1 GI suite, handling 30-50 cases per day
• Shift is 10 hour days with no weekends and no on-call requirements
• MAKO robotic surgery and Epic EMR are utilized
• Scrubs in ceil blue are provided by the facility
• Must badge in and out for facility access
• Returning travelers with prior employment at any Sanford Health location must have at least a 6-month gap since last employment
• Local candidates within 80 miles are eligible with an adjusted pay rate

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active SD or compact state RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years recent circulating experience in the OR
• Strong orthopedic experience with total joints and arthroscopy required
• Experience with MAKO robotic procedures is highly preferred
