Join Our Team as a Triage Nurse! Albany Family Medicine is excited to invite a motivated Triage Nurse to become a valued member of our healthcare team! This is a full-time role with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After six months of dedicated service, employees will have the option for a hybrid schedule. **Eligible for up to $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!** Your Responsibilities Will Include: Accurately document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate. Record information into patient records promptly and legibly. Assess patients' vital signs and understand their reasons for visits. Triage patient phone calls: collect and analyze information to develop a comprehensive plan of care based on patient symptoms and healthcare needs.
