In agile and scrum management at PwC, you will focus on implementing and optimising agile methodologies and scrum frameworks to drive efficient project delivery and collaboration. You will be coaching teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and enabling continuous improvement in project management practices. Responsibilities Lead teams and manage client accounts Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff Assure project success and maintain rigorous standards Enhance leadership style and motivate team members Develop and inspire others to deliver quality Help teams self-organize and deliver using Agile practices Enforce standards and practices of the Scrum process Coordinate with other teams and communicate status to management The Opportunity As part of the Information Technology team you are expected to help teams self-organize and deliver by using Agile practices. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual\'s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
