• $3000.00 Guarantee for 30 Days of Training!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits
• Present products and financing options to finalize transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with potential customers and manage leads effectively
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience
• Participate in training and development programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training for new hires
• Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• A self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
