:
UWMs exclusive Rotational Program provides broad exposure across multiple teams and specialties within UWM, the nations #1 mortgage lender. The rotational nature of this program is designed for both experienced professionals seeking new opportunities and early career professionals with proven leadership skills and an innovative mindset.
After 12 months of rotational immersion throughout UWM, the team member will be placed in a meaningful role, in which their yearlong journey of education, relationship building, and teamwork will amplify their ability to support our clients and team members.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Rotation Assignments in key departments such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, Information Technology, and more.
- Project management: Lead and contribute to projects specific to each department, delivering results that align with strategic objectives.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams to understand different business units, processes, and strategies.
- Skill Development: Engage in training sessions, workshops and professional development opportunities tailored to enhance technical and leadership skills.
- Mentorship and networking: Build relationships with mentors, senior leaders, and peers to gain insight and guidance throughout the program.
- Performance Feedback: Participate in regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, to improve program effectiveness and professional development.
- Presentation and reporting: Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to department heads and senior leaders at the end of each rotation.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of professional working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in diverse settings
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Highly motivated and results oriented individual with a positive, can-do mentality
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Quick at problem-solving and implementation
- Ability to adapt to change and work in different rotation assignments when required
