WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Main Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Research Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our user-centric design approach. In this role, you will collaborate with the project team to optimize strategies through insight-driven enhancements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research to understand current pain points and behaviors. You will conduct stakeholder interviews, interpret user research data, and collaborate with designers to implement user-centric design solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in UX research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user testing tools and platforms (e.g., UsabilityHub, UserZoom).
• Knowledge of UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
• Ability to analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute usability studies, interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather valuable insights.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop and execute usability testing plans and protocols.
• Analyze and interpret user research data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Create personas, journey maps, and user flows of key experiences to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement user-centered design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in UX research.
