6 enthusiastic Valet Parking Attendants to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
With a guaranteed minimum pay rate of

What You'll Do As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will:
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive and depart, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide claim checks and instructions for reclaiming vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and note this on valet tickets.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas.
- Promote courteous and professional interactions with guests to resolve any service issues.
- Handle cash accurately, including accepting payments, making change, and following credit card processing procedures.
- Follow all departmental policies to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications - At least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of driving experience
- Valid drivers license
- Acceptable driving record
- Good customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
- Must project professionalism
- Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
- Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
- Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
