BASIC FUNCTION (the primary purpose of this position):
Directly supervises bartenders, bar backs, cocktail leads, cocktail servers, and gaming floor beverage servers during an assigned shift to ensure proper guest relations and adherence to relevant F&B department policies and procedures, Gaming Commission Directives and OLCC mandates. This is a "hands-on" position often requiring the individual to be in direct service of our guests. The Beverage Supervisor also provides assistance to other departments as needed.

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours as business demands. While performing duties of this position, employee is required to stand for extended periods, and frequently walk, and use hands; to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, bend, twist, reach and be otherwise physically limber as duties necessitate. Occasionally sit. Ability to manage stress appropriately, make decisions under pressure, manage fear, hostility and violence f others appropriately. The casino work environment may expose you to second hand smoke on a regular basis.
