Description & Requirements Maximus is currently seeking Warehouse Clerks to join our team. You will be responsible for working onsite at our Greenville, Texas location. This position supports the Department of Education portfolio. Our Greenville site has experienced an influx of mail volume over the past year. Some of your responsibilities will be mail operations as it relates to returned mail and promissory note requests for retrieval. You will also assist with other duties within the site and warehouse as needed as it pertains to mail operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
- Perform repetitive clerical steps such as document verification, manage inbound and outbound routine calls, and greeting guests.
- Perform entry-level clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to project and operations management, which may include identifying, anticipating, and meetings needs of all departments.
Additional Requirements as per Contract/Client: - Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- May be required to work scheduled holidays, overtime, and weekends
- Prior FSA experience preferred but not required
- Must not be delinquent on any Federal Student Loans
- Must have prior experience working in a warehouse environment
- Must be proficient in using computers
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-1 years of experience.

For positions on this contract, Maximus will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor. That wage rate will vary depending on locality. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.
