This is a Workplace Strategy role for a Senior Designer with extensive experience in Commercial Office Furniture.

The Workplace Strategist involves integrating people, places, and processes to create a modern, employee-centric workplace. This includes designing physical spaces, managing technology, and fostering a sense of community within the workplace.

The Workplace Strategist is responsible for understanding client workplace needs, ensuring that suggested solutions drive employee satisfaction and productivity. Leveraging furniture and technology to enhance productivity and communication, and creating a work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

This role is for a senior interior designer with commercial furniture dealer experience, strong Systems Furniture knowledge, and is proficient in CET.

Strong industry ancillary knowledge is a plus.

Prior experience as a Project Designer would be helpful in this role.

Requirements:

• Must have deep and wide knowledge of systems furniture.
• Must be proficient in CET
• Must have strong technical skills (there will be MAC and workstation reconfigs)
• Must have strong communication & presentation skills

Other Requirements:

• Self-sufficient and proactive
• Lots of coordination, AV, power and electrical coordination with AV/IT and client teams
• High attention to detail – cross checking all details and quotes
• Ability to follow a complicated process
• Strong workstation reconfiguration skills
• Custom furniture experience

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $90,000 - $110-000 per year
