Mr. Cooper's summer internship program offers college students the chance to discover what it's like to work at a leading financial services organization. Our interns deliver innovative solutions to real business challenges and build enduring relationships with their manager and an assigned mentor. While gaining insight into the industry, interns are immediately part of Mr. Cooper's collaborative culture. The Marketing Intern will work on real projects, from digital marketing campaigns to event planning and data analysis. They’ll gain hands-on experience across B2C, B2B, and analytics, directly contributing to impactful marketing initiatives and driving real business results.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with internal and external partners on digital marketing projects
• Review marketing analytics and report out to stakeholders
• Be a part of B2C, B2B and event marketing strategies and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned 

Basic Qualifications 

• Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start date (June 2025)  
• Majoring in marketing, business or communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with data analysis
• Relevant coursework in digital marketing or analytics
• Familiarity with Google Analytics

Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our organization is unable to support candidates that are on OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship, now or in the future)    

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous internship experience in marketing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with social media.
• Prior leadership experience in extracurricular activities/groups.
