Job Description

Company Overview:

Growve is a health and wellness consumer products company with over 15 brands and thousands of unique products in the active nutrition, dietary supplement, and personal beauty verticals.
Position: Amazon Account Manager – International

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a high-performing Amazon Account Manager to lead our efforts on Amazon UK. This role is entirely focused on driving success in the UK marketplace – but we welcome exceptional candidates who may not yet have direct UK experience but bring strong Amazon/eCommerce chops, international expansion experience, and strategic mindset. If you’ve helped brands win on Amazon – whether in the US or abroad – and you’re hungry to take ownership of a new territory, this is your shot.

Objectives & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Growve’s Amazon UK seller accounts, driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing brand visibility.
• Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and service providers to ensure compliance, seamless operations, and effective strategy execution.
• Develop and oversee budgets for Amazon UK operations, ensuring all activities align with financial objectives and deliver cost-effective results.
• Utilize expertise in Amazon FBA to plan and optimize inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
• Execute brand expansion strategies on Amazon UK, including listing optimization, new product launches, and compliance with UK regulatory requirements. Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure products comply with UK regulations, streamlining processes for new product launches.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability. Present findings and recommendations to leadership regularly.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand management and market penetration efforts in the UK.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of Amazon accounts (seller or vendor), ideally with FBA and international marketplaces experience.
• Experience launching or scaling products in new marketplaces (UK or other).
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Understanding of UK compliance/regulatory landscape is a plus – but not required if you can learn fast.

Additional Details & Benefits:

• Full-Time Position with Competitive Pay
• Health Benefits Package
• 401(k) Retirement Plan
• Casual, work/play-hard culture
• Corporate offices in Tennessee, Florida, and Utah

Notice to Recruiters: We do not work with outside recruiting agencies. Please do not solicit.
This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications. The position, duties, and qualifications are subject to change at any time.
