What You’ll Do:
Wave Your Wand: Provide mobile repairs for auto dealerships, auction houses, and other customers.
Restore Interiors: Repair rips, tears, burns, mix dyes, and remove stains to make car interiors look brand new.
Build Relationships: Use your sales and communication skills to build strong customer relationships and drive business.

What You Need:
Vision Abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with customers.
Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
Work Ethic: Self-motivation and independence.
Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 15 pounds.
Valid Driver’s License: A good driving record is a must .
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
Commission-based uncapped earning potential. First year earning potential: $50,000-$65,000 Long-term earning potential: $60,000-$110,000+We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
