Barista Key Responsibilities
You will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, ensuring they meet the company’s quality standards. You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining coffee machines, taking customer orders and handling payments. In addition, you’ll ensure that the coffee bar is clean and well-stocked while adhering to health and safety regulations. Your role also includes providing excellent customer service, answering questions about the menu and occasionally preparing basic food items or snacks.
