Job Description

:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist / Office Clerk to manage our front desk and perform various administrative duties. This role is crucial as it represents the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Support Manger with administrative tasks as needed
  • Keep the front desk and common areas tidy and presentable
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a related role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)/Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with escrow or real estate terminology and procedures
  • Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
