Regardless, the golf course is a place to decompress and have fun for our members and guests, making this the perfect place to be in the summer time!Job Duties:Work closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.Provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring satisfaction.Follow procedures and protocols to ensure the entire team is set up to succeed in providing great experiences to our members!Consistently be available to members and guests via the beverage cart and/or Halfway House.Provide food and beverages to members and guests efficiently so as not to interrupt or delay pace of play.Ensure the proper setup, breakdown, and inventory of beverage carts and Halfway House stock daily.Maintain consistent high service standards, as outlined in training.Display complete and comprehensive knowledge of offerings, hours and procedures regarding the beverage cart, Halfway House, Men's Grill, and golf operations.Follow daily opening/closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and execute day-to-day operations relatively independently.Guarantee all areas are member-ready at all times.Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.Become familiar with members' names and greet them accordingly in a manner to provide a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home.Assist fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!Pay Rate: $10.70 hour plus tips New Albany Country Club
