About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Partnerships and Growth Officer to join its dynamic team. Key responsibilities for the Chief Partnerships and Growth Officer include strategic planning, leadership, and the oversight of institutional revenue-generating functions. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a strong understanding of the professional membership landscape, and a commitment to advancing equity and leadership development. The ideal candidate will be both visionary and execution-oriented, capable of translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes. Experience in securing corporate sponsorships, foundation grants, and expanding membership revenue is essential, as is a background in leading and managing high-performing teams. Proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems is highly desirable, and cultural fluency, including Spanish language proficiency, is a valuable asset.
