If you have retail or customer service experience, a passion for assisting others, and a strong ability to connect with people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and dosages to make informed recommendations.
• Ensure accurate customer intake, verification, and payment processing using the POS system.
• Stay up to date on cannabis products, laws, and company policies.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and compliant store environment.
• Assist with inventory intake, stocking, and conditioning.
• Provide exceptional service by communicating effectively with customers and team members.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
• Participate in company meetings and team discussions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid ID.
• Guard Card certification required.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and certifications.
• 6+ months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
• Ability to multitask, take direction, and work independently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
