We’re looking to hire a Digital Content Product Manager for a financial services client. Our client is focused on building the future of digital ecosystem capabilities within the financial services sector, delivering seamless customer experiences across the purchasing journey. This role supports digital product experiences on both mobile and web platforms, specifically around customer-facing benefits features. As part of a collaborative team of product managers, you’ll support the development of new functionalities by refining Agile user stories, preparing development sprints, and coordinating across design and engineering teams to deliver scalable, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences.

This is a 12 month project opportunity working on a hybrid basis in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, design, engineering, finance, marketing, and operations to prioritize and deliver the product roadmap.
  • Assist in planning phased delivery and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare content and updates for stakeholder and executive communication.
  • Help streamline content delivery workflows, QA efforts, and inter-team handoffs.
  • Translate customer and business needs into detailed requirements.
  • Create and maintain a groomed product backlog using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams throughout development sprints to resolve impediments and ensure delivery quality.
  • Leverage JIRA to manage user stories, track sprint progress, and monitor deliverables.
  • Lead efforts to update and manage customer-facing benefits content across digital platforms.
  • Define acceptance criteria and develop automated testing plans (knowledge of Gherkin syntax preferred).
  • Collaborate with content operations teams; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Digital Asset Manager (DAM) is a plus.
  • Ensure accuracy and readiness of content updates across QA and production environments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with an emphasis on content and customer experience delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while owning individual contributions.
