Contemporary Fashion Brand is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join their team!

This role will be responsible for strategy execution, performance, and optimization for D2C site and international sites.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer experience across all ecommerce stores.
• Oversee UX/UI and website development initiatives to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Manage implementation of third-party tools and vendor relationships within the ecommerce tech stack.
• Administer Shopify Plus themes, product content, and page management.
• Develop and track sales channel reporting, KPIs, and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
• Analyze ecommerce metrics to prioritize projects effectively.
• Conduct A/B testing and competitive analysis to identify trends and improve site performance.
• Support interdepartmental requests and troubleshoot issues related to marketing, customer service, warehouse, and IT.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant ecommerce or omnichannel experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with Shopify Plus, including deep knowledge of Shopify ecosystem, themes, apps, and development skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid).
• Experience managing integrations with third-party tools (e.g., email marketing and personalization platforms).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, ecommerce trends, and best practices.
• Presence required in Los Angeles office four days per week.
• Experience with international ecommerce and paid media is a plus.
