Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. In addition, assistant managers are eligible to earn performance-based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance. Minimum Requirements: Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment and handle multiple tasks at once is required. Responsibilities: You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
