A proven record of success — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive and determination led to results. Self-motivation and a relentless desire to exceed goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and move fast without sacrificing quality.
