One of our clients is actively seeking PRN (as needed) staff to help with the Homeless Population on cold nights below freezing. Shifts will vary depending on weather.

CLIENT HOURS
Shifts will vary depending on weather.
* 7PM-7AM
* 5PM-Midnight
* 4AM-10AM
* 7AM-7PM (only on extremely cold days)

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Assist and monitor all shelter attendees.
* Must brief shift overview to Shelter Manager on Duty
* Report any incidents and or issues to the Shelter Manager on Duty
* May assist with meal service.
* Monitor shelter count and complete 15-minute room checks to ensure safety.
* Must ensure that the shelter schedule is adhered to.
* May be responsible for light cleaning up prior to the next shift reporting.
* May assist with other Emergency Services tasks throughout the day.
* May assist at the WeGo bus central station.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Ability to pass a TN statewide and nationwide state criminal background check.
